Don't know why it doesn't start with a loadmess 1 (even if sent after 5000 msec after the start). It only works with a toggle, which I have to trigger three times: the first one to send a 1 (x), the second one to send a 0, and the third one to send again 1(x again): Only in this way it finally starts.

Very strange, never happened to me, and the patch I'm working on never had problems, so I'm really surprised.

I have a Mac with Snow Leopard, 10.6.8 and Max 5.1.8 (453000)

I'm pretty sure you can't start [dac~] with [loadmess] or [loadbang].

Not sure if that was a bug or a feature.


This issue has been around forever. Something like this usually works for me, although the delay may have to be tuned:

But it looks like it's another thing, because it's still not working...

actually dsp status says Audio is on, but it's not actualy working.

What it needs to be done is to off the Audio, and then on it. Only this way works... strange
