Disabling menubar items

March 22, 2007 | 2:42 pm

Timothy Place asked a day and to day (2007) I return to ask:

Is there a way to disable (i.e. gray out) "standard" items such
as "Copy" and "Paste" in the Edit menu or a new item in File menu?

huts,

You can definitely disable standard menu items in custom menubars.
check out the menubar object helpfile as well as the Max reference.

All the best,

Hi,

I’m also guessing…

The documentation explain For "customs" menu. OK.
But what about the "standard" Menus like "Edit" ?
