i was wondering if one day it would be possible to write some classics vertex-fragment (and also geometry) shaders as we can now write pixel shaders with jit.gl.pix ?

Don't worry, you're not the only one who wants to see this. No promises about dates or features, but it's something I hope to see at some point. In the meantime, jit.gen is a really good substitute for geometry processing. Yes it's not on the GPU, but it is fast and geometry data tends to be much smaller than video/image data. See the mesh shatter example in 6.0.1 under examples/jitter-examples/gen.

Thanks ! it's a really good starting point for manipulating geometry, and also very simple for maxers.

But i still can't wait for future gen improvements !
