Hey folks,
I’m working on a project that uses a quadraphonic speaker setup through an M-Audio Fasttrack Pro and is operating on a new Mac Mini. The audio is set to 48 and not 44.1 for both the Mac Mini and the DSP and yet only speakers 1 & 2 are producing sound while speakers 3 & 4 are emitting an electronic hum (signal but no audio).

What are some things to check on to make sure that all four speakers work properly?

Supposedly you installed drivers? There might be a control panel? It’s not necessary to set the operating system to use the same output, try to setting it to internal audio.
