Hello,
i’m new to Jitter and have some very simple questions. I did some recordings with the Sony HC1E, so i have hdv1080i material. Now i need a simple patch, with which i can use the second monitor (projector) fullscreen. Next i would like to generate a mask (because i project on a circle),which i would like to store. Can i do this in jitter or do i have to generate the mask f.e. in photoshop and to do then some mixing? To try some options i would like to have also some possibilities to change contrast and the strongness of the colors.
I have powerbook G4 1,67 1Gb or DualMac with 1,5 GbRam.
Would this work in Realtime?

Thank you very much

Tobias

P.S.: I did the Tutorials once and i have a basic idea how to do this in jitter, but i have to do it fast and i always think there could be a faster processing.

better:
is my solution correct, if i just use tutorial 42jSlab-compositeDV as a basis, change the resolution of the jit.qt.movie objects to 1480 1080, choose subtractive and param>1, use param bias for contrast and do all the other options just as seen in the tutorials (f.e. changing of the position of the footage with offset…): this works but only with a preproduced mask)

thanks
