I have a M4L patch that's observing the detail_clip and it's giving me the unique id of the current clip. I've tested and observed that the id of a clip on the track view and arrangement view is indeed unique.

However, if I try to use the id of the clip found on the arrangement view and assign it to the LiveAPI javascript object's id property, I'm getting the following jsliveapi error:

Can anyone confirm if the javascript API allow us to access a Clip object that is in the arrangement view?

I did a forum search and came across some posts from 2012 that said this was not possible. Is it still not possible with Live9 and Max6?
