I installed the demo of max 6 last week. Tonight i tried to load a patch in max 5 and loads of objects are coming up as striped panels with the name of what the object should be on top. When i open the inspector for one of these, it says it is called 'juibogus'. I have my PhD upgrade viva tomorrow and really need to open my patches in max 5! Does anyone know how to fix this? Should i delete max 6?

Usually these kind of problems are the result of search path conflicts. Did you add Max 6 to the Max 5 search path? It'll be something like that.
