just a little idea, certainly not an urgent need.

it would be nice to have the choice to have dashed patch cords when one wants to limit the use of colored patch cords to differenciate them. 

i often tend to use max to make diagramms of the more complex patches i plan to do and sometimes i just wish i could have dashed cords .
