Allow me to further tease you with the following URL:

http://eamusic.dartmouth.edu/~eric/MAX/FFTease/

Eric

p.s. I recently compiled FFTease for UB but have been unable to test it on a Mintel machine. Anyone who is interested to do so is welcome to email me at audiodidact@gmail.com. I expect that I will have this version out on my SARC webpage once I get access to it.

hello
i might have to use a HP Pavilion dv5209 notebook for a performance with max soon and as i have pretty much no glue about PC laptops i would like to ask if anyone has experience with such a machine.

http://search.hp.com/query.html?charset=iso-8859-1&hpvc=HHOid&la=en&qp=url%3Ahttp&qs=&lk=1&rf=0&uf=1&nh=10&st=1&hps=Home+%26+Home+Office&hpn=Return+to+Home+%26+Home+Office&hpr=http%3A//www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/home.do&hpa=http%3A//www.homeandoffice.hp.com/hho/us/en/contact_hp.html&hph=&hpl=1&hpo=hphqhhomktg&h_audience=hho&h_audiencerestrict=&qt=HP+Pavilion+dv5209eu+Notebook+PC&ocoldqt=Pavilion+dv5209&oc=3208745

the machine receives sensor data via USB and sends them to a server
the machine gets data via netsend/netreceive for LCD based score drawing
no audio
no jitter
no midi

if anyone has a reason why i should absolutely not use this model with max i would be glad to hear about it. thanks in advance

p

Apologies – I did not intend to tease people quite so badly. The money links did indeed point to my Manchester site (now down as I have recently moved to SARC). The links are now fixed so please try downloading again.

The link works but the OSX version at Dartmouth does not seem to be the UB
update. It says 2.5 and all of the objects have creation dates in 2005.
