Find the index number of a list's lowest number

Hi,

How do I find teh index number of a the list’s lowest number?

For example, in the list 22 13 17 88, the second number is the lowest.

I think this is what you want.

Index number is output on the right and the actual lowest number on the left.

minimum does exactly that.
