finding all instances of a class

Hello
Is there a supported way of finding all instance objects of a given class, much like how I assume universal must work?

Alternatively, is there a way to iterate through all open patchers from an object that is a CLASS_NOBOX and hence does not have a patcher associated with it.

thanks

Hi,

1. I’m not aware of an easy way to get all instances of a class (maybe there is ?).
2. In case of a custom class, you could implement a table in the obex to manage references (“sheep” / “shepherd” examples in the SDK).

3. Oops. I read again your post and my second point implies to stick to a patcher. You could use instead a static table in your class ?
