Hello Maxers!

I am here breaking my head thinking on how to build an audio interface with a MICROCONTROLLER, using USB and whatever (I use Max MSP). My intention is to develop a cheap open hardware project, that handles multiple channel outputs and inputs.

Now the question is… how is Max sending formatting the multichannel audio coming out of the usb? what do i need to expect to program the Micro accordingly?

I am sure I am omitting something and this is a simple issue, but still I ask, because I want to get the chip ordered already and start testing, but I want to have the code sort of ready first… thanks people! :)
