hey, whats the most effective way to build a [spray]
for floats? 
or one for symbols, or one lists?

[spray] already works with floats, oder ?

But I'd also like to know why it does only work with numbers (and no symbols). Just being curious..

anyway, here is a simple implementation of [spray] that I made in JS working with ints, floats or symbols that might interests you:

I was just working on something similar. Just a few changes so you can set the offset and mode variables with messages to the object. Also it now outputs in right-to-left order and protects against calls to out of range outlets.

Of course not, go right ahead. I keep intending to post some of my abstractions and javascripts online for people to use but haven't quite managed to check to see if everything behaves first!
