it is possible to get scroll notification in a patcher?

Attaching my object to the patcherview I can get zoom change notification but not for the scroll. 

Or otherwise it is possible to get vertical/horizontal scroll amount (ex. as an attribute of the patcher/patcherview)?

getting-scroll-notification

You can get the "visible canvas" rectangle and the patcher's window

object_attr_get_rect(view, gensym("visiblecanvasrect"), &viewrect);

object_attr_get_rect(view, gensym("windowrect"), &rect);

It should be possible to extract scroll information with these rectangles.

You can get the "visible canvas" rectangle and the patcher's window
rectangle with the following calls:

t_rect rect, viewrect;
object_attr_get_rect(view, gensym("visiblecanvasrect"), &viewrect);
object_attr_get_rect(view, gensym("windowrect"), &rect);
