I'm trying to get the amount of change (distance) and angle of motion from cv.jit.LKflow, but I can't figure out a good (read fast) way of doing it. My problem is to convert the matrix from LKflow to just the mean value of the non-zero pixels in a fast way.

Yes sorry. You eed to add something like jit.op @op == @val 0

followed by jit.3m as well. That will tell you the number of zero

valued cells when you multiply the mean by the dimensions and then you

can adjust the mean of the matrix form there.

followed by jit.3m as well.  That will tell you the number of zero
valued cells when you multiply the mean by the dimensions and then you
can adjust the mean of the matrix form there.
