.gif file being warped in jit.pwindow

April 22, 2014 | 6:46 am

Hi first post here.

Basically for some reason when putting a .gif file through jit.qtmovie and jit.pwindow the image becomes warped & flipped, rather than it’s normal dimensions.

Any ideas what parameter or option I should be changing to fix this?

I have included a picture of how I want the image to be displayed underneath the simple patch.

Any help much appreciated.

So I have converted the .gif file into a mov, to see if that was the problem.

But the results are still the same?!

The video is shown to be warped, flipped and tilted at an angle?

Any help appreciated, as I need it for university project.

are you using 64 bit version? perhaps try with 32.
otherwise, please send your gif.

Well after trying it as a .mov, I decided to try it as an .mp4, which has promptly worked, so not sure what the problem was with the previous formats but all is good now. Thanks for the reply anyways, appreciated.
