gizmo~ documentation

Gizmo~ seems to understand a lot of commands, but none of them is
documented in the reference manual. Is there a chance to learn how we
can tweak it? There is a reference to the Proceedings of ICMC 2002 in
the help file, but I don’t know where to finde that…
The only thing I found was a thread on the list from last year about the
same issue, but the missing information to search further is: Who was
the auther of that paper?

Any new insights?

I prepared a test patche with all the parameters, but it would make life
a lot easier if I’d know the default values and the ranges of these.

If someone has this information it would be nice to find out whats going
on. Paying 100 $ for the Proceedings, not knowing how useful the
information is, is only an option for rich people…

By the way the google search on Synthesisters lets me find the old
threads, the search on the forum found nothing. Does the forum search
include all the old threads? This would be essential. If we point the
noobs to searching the archives the search needs to be effective…

i have a helpfile dated 2005.

gizmo takes (at least) the following commands:

slope $1
inharmonic $1
correction $1
coef $1
logscale $1
drawenv $1
drawinh $1
drawpeaks $1
drawout $1
drawoutput $1
drawcentroids $1
smooth $1
filter $1
gzdip $1

some of them are selfexplaning maybe, about
others i have no clue what they do as i do not
use it.
