it seems he problem doesn't come from the interpolation option.

in fact, 0. is not taken into account by groove~ when audio is off, and i'm

working in a poly~ where i set the groove~ parameters before unmuting the

Can you please post a simple example patch that shows the problem that you are seeing along with steps to reproduce?

well everything needed is in the help patch of groove~, here is the

- check the play toggle (play normal speed forward/stop)

- turn audio on (sound is playing directly into the loop section, should it

- bang the "start, set sample position" (which is 0.), sound starts from the

beginning (ok, it works here, great but...)

- bang the "start, set sample position" again (which is still 0.).

- turn audio ON, the sound doesn't begin from the beginning, your are

well everything needed is in the help patch of groove~, here is the
procedure :

- open the groove~ help patch
- load a sound
- check the loop toggle
- set the loop points
- check the play toggle (play normal speed forward/stop)
- turn audio on (sound is playing directly into the loop section, should it
begin from 0?).
- bang the "start, set sample position" (which is 0.), sound starts from the
beginning (ok, it works here, great but...)
- now turn audio OFF.
- bang the "start, set sample position" again (which is still 0.).
- turn audio ON, the sound doesn't begin from the beginning, your are
directly into the loop section.

i think that's strange for a non audio data to be ignored when audio is
off...
