gtk & gverb UB

November 29, 2006 | 4:28 pm

I have posted Universal Binary updates for my granular toolkit and
gverb~ externals.

http://www.lowkeydigitalstudio.com/software.html

The GTK stuff is the externals ONLY at this time. I am in the midst
of adding new features to the abstractions for a 1.5 update (poly~ &
pattr anyone?), but that is taking longer than expected. In the
meantime, people can enjoy the MXO-updated externals. And if you
download the older abstractions, they will work with the new externals.

Also, my hosting service seems to have issues with dmg files. The
temporary solution is to control-click on the link and choose your
"Save Linked File" option. I have an email in to tech support.

[gverb~] has some efficiency updates and now runs at about 2% on my 2
GHz MacBook Pro. Not bad if I may say so. Please email me with any
issues. Enjoy!

On the download page, both the CFM and the winXP links point to the
same file: gtk_1.10xp.zip. There should be a separate CFM package, no?

Thanks!

Thanks Nathan, glad these will be around when I can finally afford to upgrade.
