Hi everyone - I did try to search for a solution to this problem but I'm not really sure what technical words to use, so I can't find anything. Anyway, I'm having a problem with the GUI of Max 6. When the patch is locked, the GUI doesn't update when anything is changed. For instance, turning a dial will make the dial output the correct values, but visually, it doesn't move, only displaying its actual value when the patch is unlocked again. It's the same for every object - number boxes, the DSP on/off button, toggles, everything. This started happening suddenly with no apparant cause. There is also an issue whereby when I open Max 'for the first time in a while' it stalls and has to be force quitted. It then opens on the second try. I only mention this in case it is related.
