I’ve downloaded and unpacked the ForumMaxApps folder and placed it in my search path, but when I try to launch any of the patchers, there are a bunch of objects missing (e.g. spat.spat~)

Does anyone have any idea what I’ve done wrong? Was I supposed to get the msp externals someplace else?

If you subscribe to Ircam studio, do you have an authorization for spat for a year or can you continue to use it even if you don’t renew the subscription ? I ask because I saw the price of the spat plugin on the Ircam shop and it’s 1029 € ! So I would be quite amazed if you could have the same thing just by joining the forum. So I guess when you speak about spat, this is a collection of externals and not the flux plugin ?

That’s confusing though because I think that’s the price for the Ircam Tools by Flux. I guess the license for spat you get with th forum is just for the externals ? The price you paid is for the Forum Studio Package (NMI, Spat, AudioSculpt and SuperVP Trax) and I will recommended to download
FTM & CO , Ejies , at the download Forum Free.
The authorization is for the Spat version you paid (and all the beta or new versions of the softwares that can be developpe during 1 year)
you can authorized as many times you want for ex. if you have several computers.
The Ircam plug-ins is excellent but extremedly expensive!
