dont know if this was reported before…

will the help key be back?
i mean in max4 you pressed help after selecting an object and the help-patch of that object popped up

somehow in max5 it’s not working
now it seems to be shift-apple-h which i have to do with two hands

I bet most people just option-click on an object to open the help
file. I’ve never used the help key.

The help key will work again in our next update. So you won’t have to feel help-less and alone any more!

YAY, force of habit prevails! I don’t think people understand
that you can alt+leftclick any object and get help
for that object. I am not sure if it works the same way
on the Mac.

But this is a slightly more complicated way. When you select
the object and type in a object name, your hands are already
on they keyboard. Selecting F1 is very easy. Having to
move your hands to the mouse to alt+leftclick delays my access
to help by 2 seconds! Most annoying….
