'Hi' ps3 managing the button controls

im using the ‘Hi’ with my ps3 controller not too familiar with this but how can you assign the L and R joysticks to control an object and control the camera view and if it it possible can someone help make a patch for this and zip it ?

thanks

Try the route object to separate out the different control values.

I made this patch a while back. Open the “ps3bpatcher” patch–make sure its in the same location as the “etk.ps3″ patch. All of the controller data is labeled in the outlets of the bpatcher, and there is an active visual layout of the ps3 controller with a secondary purpose of redundancy in case of controller failure during a performance. You can send the data from any of the buttons or joysticks into anything. Sadly I couldn’t seem to find the SIXAXIS output, if anyone has achieved that I’d be pleased to know.

*One more thing, press the PS button after the controller is connected in for [HI] to recognize it.

I have also come to understand that I have to route out each control value but does any one know if there is a way of doing this cause as of now its just spiting out a whole bunch of values or if any one knows what the mapping values to route out for the ps3 'L' and 'R' are ?

thanks for all your help
