How is it possible to do that with Jitter ?

If by "that" you mean run QC in jitter, the short answer is not.
However Remy Muller posted some code of an object which allows you to
run some quarkcomposer inside Max. I’m not sure he have time to work
on that anymore, but anyway the sources are there:

actually, if you’re on a mac running 10.4 or higher, you can read
quartz compositions with jit.qt.movie.

You can’t (to my knowledge) change the composition parameters from
within max, but it will play back fine.
