My web cam somehow always fails to work in "jit.qt.grab", as well as in Vdig and WinVdig(a video capturing programe for QuickTime). Yet it works properly in Flash and other capturing programe.

on windows - try jit.dx.grab instead.... i find it works when qt.grab
