iLok not working on one machine

hello,

i have an iLok with Max/MSP 4.6 and Jitter 1.6. it works on my MBP (10.4.8). however, i have a friend with a PowerBook (10.4.9) and a challenge/response auth. of Max/MSP which doesn’t seem to accept the iLok. When the iLok is plugged in, starting Max, still the message

“Jitter demo period has expired
*error: Jitter is not authorized”

appears. is that due to a problem with 10.4.9? i remember having used the iLok successfully on computer that have merely a Max/MSP challenge/response authorization!

Hi, same problem here. Ilok works on one computer but on the second (an exact clone of the first), it says jitter demo expired.

Any luck?
