i want to access and add tags to images from within a max patch (print, send into message objects etc.). is there a way to do this? (ive see that one can do it manually in the file browser, but i want to do within the patch)

secondly, i have a database of images that have been tagged using picasa. however those tags don't show up in the file browser with the images. why is this? i thought tags are embedded in the data file and move with the image, not software specific?
