Indexing a list

Hi.
I’v been trying for a while now to figure out how to access a certain slider in a multislider object with 253 sliders.
I’m stuck. I’v figured out how to generate random number into the slider, but cant seem to figure out how to access one slider at a time, without making a “pak” object, which seems to me to be a little bit to complicated way of doing it.

Any pointer on how to do this in the fashionable way?

If I understand correctly I think you are looking for [fetch $1]. This will get the the value of the requested slider out the right outlet of multislider…

No. What I’m after is to be able to change one slider at a time. I guess it would be to set up an index and then changing the value for that index.

Thanks I knew it was simple, I just missed the select messages when I read through the reference page.
Thanks again though.
