Like the topic says its a script for GreaseMonkey on Firefox : http://www.greasespot.net/

It looks for inline max 5 patches in the forum pages and ‘hides’ them when the page loads. You get a handy link where the patch used to be which says ‘PATCH’ which will just reveal the original patch text.
