Recipe: (re-)launch max, new patcher window, create two ui objects eg a numberbox and a toggle. With the last created item selected, open the inspector. Now click on the other object and the inspector won’t update. Only after clicking in empty space will it do so. This was in 5.0.4 and remains in 5.0.5.

By the way, for the patcher inspector, it would be a great addition to be able to select the current position as Fixed Initial Window Location.

I realize this might not be so clear, I mean a button to copy the current window location as FIWL.

Is it possible to set the default position of the inspector and patcher inspector window if it is opened for the first time?
And save the position as default for all new patches?
