interruption of the image

you of course know that the cpu load, as reported by max is only
part of the story and relates only (if i am not wrong) to the audio
(MSP) part

I am currently working on a patch, which says to use 35%, when in the
activity monitor (the mac’s app) maxmsp uses some 65% with peaks at
100% (not reported by max – probably because too short)

any solution?? i think that there is a peak when i open a subpatch (??), any solution to know the real cpu load with images (jitter)..

I’m not sure what you mean by "interruption" (unless you explained
that in a message I missed), but any animated display from Jitter is
running in the main thread, which is also used when loading patcher
files. (There’s a similar behaviour in MSP, albeit for different
reasons.)

ok!! by interruption i meant the image "freezes" or "pauses"for half a second (+/-) cannot i avoid it?
