I am trying to create a microtonal organ with fluidsynth, and have a standalone version here:

I still have two problems with this patch. I try to have the name of the stops automatically load into an umenu. All I can get is "preset" as name for all the stops. It is difficult for me to know which command will work, since I cannot see what is coming out of the fluidsynth after the command "info presets". I cannot print it in the window, and sending it to a message box makes MaxMsp 5 crash. I can see the information with "print presets", but this comes out in a different format than "info presets".

The second problem is that pitchwheel seems to act inconsitently. I set "wheel 1" for each channel to have a semitone pitchbend. I have 5 keyboards which should be tuned 1/8 note apart. 1/4 sharp is "bend 95.25", 1/8 sharp is "bend 79.375". Logically 1/8 flat should be "bend 47.625", and 1/4 flat should be "bend 31.75". But often I have to set them to "bend 111.12" and "bend 95.25" to get the right pitch. What is happening, why are the flats varying for the times I open the patch? Once the first version gave the right pitches, then I had to set i back to the second version.
