anyone knows how can I control this patch with iphone?

I've c74 and touchOSC but I really don't know how to connect one of them with the patch.

I use touchOSC mainly and it comes with a keyboard layout already made called 'keys'. The documentation explains quite well how to set it up and then have something like this in your max patch:
