Is there any possibility to turn text in MAX by 90°?

Working with a matrixctrl I want to name columns and rows. It is no problem to name rows but columns….? Is there any text-related object that can be turned by 90° or does anyone have an idea how to manage that? Should not really be a problem, but there is no MAX object that allows it. Looking forward to comments. Thanks

Here’s a similar example I posted in the forum a while back:

It’s good that there’s an solution for doing this in JavaScript, but it would be nice to see it as a native attribute of the comment object. Especially with the release of Max For Live, where building compact user interfaces, (yet ones that can dynamically adapt to changes in colour scheme) is of prime importance.

A small feature request for the next version of Max….

sorry for my late response, and thanks for suggestions. I guess the patcher that Luke Hall built, does work. Thanks and all the best.
