I'm not sure if this is a documented bug, but jit.gl.asyncread is only capturing the bottom half of the matrix. This can't have to do with my patch, since it does the same for me in the help patch. I'm running mac 10.4.11 with an ATI Radeon X1600.

Did you try flipping the mode from split to interleaved?
