jit.gl.pbuffer: error binding pbuffer: GL Error: Invalid operation

January 8, 2012 | 8:17 am

Hello Forum.
I’v been working all day on several patches using jit.gl.texture and jit.gl.slab.
Suddenly, when I try to do any OpenGL stuff I get this message:
jit.gl.pbuffer: error binding pbuffer: GL Error: Invalid operation

I have tried all the patches that comes with Max. I have tried downgrading, but no help.
Removed 3rd party object, but nothing changes.
Is it my graphic card that is gone? I have seen it behave strange lately. Giving me some unormal rendering, like stripes and un-correct color.

I am on a macBook pro 15inc 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB Ram
2 SSD disks (took out the optical drive)
Lion 10.7.2
About 1,5 years old.
Running Max 6.0.3

This is the patch I have been trying with for the last 5 min (it’s the edge-blend patch that comes with max):

Please let me know if anyone has had this issue before.

Hi,

I have the same error, did you solve it?

Thanks
