i am trying to render sth. with two contexts (i found the example in the forum, it renders one sketch into two contexts): my problem is how the size of a jit.gl.window and the 3d-camera (or the 3d-object) are depending on. how can i make the window size indepent from the 3d szene? i want to use a pretty wide window and there are undesirable effects because of the lens angle when merging the two contexts together. i read about the viewport but cannot figure out how to use it exactly.

first of all thanks for your awnswer, that could be the thing i'm looking for, but i have a problem using your patch, i get a javascript type error: "sketch.gl.get is not a funktion".

i am not that into java, maybe it is a simple thing or my max/jitter-version is too old: max 4.5.5/jitter 1.5.2?

it should be sketch.glget not sketch.gl.get

Also note that it requires Jitter 1.6.3 or Jitter 1.5.3 latest betas. 

So you'll need to install a newer version, Thilo, if you want to use it.

If you made this happen (two connecting windows with different viewports instead of camera lookats), feel free to post an updated version of that patch ;)
