Is it possible to downsample a matrix inside jit.pix? Let's say i am sending in a 320x240 matrix and i want 100x240 on the output.

You'll need to downsample before sending to jit.pix. All you need to do is stick a [jit.matrix 4 char 100 240] or whatever your planecount and type is before the left inlet.
