jit.pwindow: attempted draw in interrupt

March 12, 2010 | 1:47 pm

Hi!

I keep getting this error in my patch, and have no idea what it means, or how I caused it. It’s in red, so I’m sure it’s something I should avoid however :)

Could anyone here shine some light on what this message means?

Thanks!

It is running the latest version of Max/MSP, Version 5.1.3 (41767).

I ran a patch that I had developed on an older version of max (5.0.x, not sure exactly), and it now posted that message too. I remember that when I had developed the patch it worked without problem.

I will revert to an older version of Max and see if the message persists.

Indeed, the exact same patches exhibit none of these errors in the 5.0.8 (40057) build.

Apologies if I don’t post a patch, but it’s absolutely gigantic, and simplifying it to isolate the problem is likely to be a few days of work. I will stick with running on 5.0.8 for now.
