I'm just doing some testing at the moment, but when I open Sonar and load my Pluggo VST the jit.pwindow appears like a text box and it doesn't work.

Is jit.pwindow and jit.qt.movie supported? If so how do I get these to work?

If this is any help to anyone, in the messages window (selected via VST drop-down menu) it says:

Is this simply a case of Sonar not being able to find the Jitter library?

error: no such object jit.pwindow
error: no such object jit.qt.movie

Check the Jitter pdf doc for what you have to do to include Jitter in a

Thanks for the reply. I read the manual (on your recommended chapter) and it said to copy jitlib.dll, cg.dll and cgGL.dll to {standalone folder}/support/.

I did this and it didn't work. However, there are a number of folders when you open the main Cakewalk folder (where the Sonar folders are kept) and I put the support folder (and associated files) in these directories but to no avail.

I've included a folder tree with this post in the hope that someone may be able to direct me to the correct folder.

I'm also having problems with this on a windows machine. If you figure this out please do post a solution. I'll be investigating this in the next week and be sure to post my findings.

Ok I got it to work. (Using Jitter in a pluggo plugin with Nuendo).

1. copied jitlib.dll to the same directory of the Nuendo3.exe file. In my case:

3. included all used jitter externals in the build script.

I totally gave up and I have no idea how you managed to work it out but congratulations! I shall certainly be giving this a go so a huge thanks for working it out.

Also, I haven't really built many collectives before so how do I go about adding the Jitter externals into my build? I can quite happily build a VST just I'm not sure how to add Jitter externals into the build script.
