jit_matrix_setinfo not available on windows?

It appears that the function jit_matrix_setinfo / getinfo are not available
for the windows SDK. Is this correct? I’m getting compile errors about
unresolved symbols. The jit_matrix_info structure is available, but I can’ t
really use it without these functions.

I guess I should call the separate attribute methods instead. Just
wondering.

you should do jit_object_method(in1_matrix,_jit_sym_getinfo,&in1_minfo);

If you look at the matrix_calc method in jitter MOP objects like
jit.alphablend, you’ll see this. Some functions aren’t exported
directly but are available via message passing like the above example
shows.

These and other jit_matrix methods are not exported. They are listed
in the HTML reference as prototypes to inform how you would call
jit_object_method() for these A_CANT methods. as mentioned in the API
listing wiht the text “Warning: This function is not exported, but is
provided for reference when calling via jit_object_method on an
intance of t_jit_matrix.”

If you search on “getinfo” or “setinfo” in the SDK folder you’ll see
examples of how this is used. Let us know if you have any further
questions about it.
