I am trying to use a broadcast site (I am looking into 

On that specific site it asks for a camera (for example my built-in iSight Camera). Do you know what I can do in order to use some jitter output instead of the camera?

What I am actually trying to do is record the video and broadcast in the same time. I could record the broadcast but it's low quality. At least lower quality than what the camera can output.

I am trying to use a broadcast site (I am looking into http://bambuser.com for now) to do live streaming.
