I'm trying to create a documentation video for a recent Jitter project but I am getting a very low quality result.

I use the syphon recorder to record the Jitter screen (1280 x 720, 25fps, Apple ProRes 4444) and the import that to FCP. As soon as I export it to upload it on Vimeo it loses quite a lot of clarity, quality.

Any tips on the best way to compress a file from Syphon from your experience ?
