in short: the matrix is calculated and processed on the cpu, if you
use jit.gl.videoplane or textured nurbs like in the forum link from
before, you bring the video in gpu land and everything is processed
on the graphics card. It implies that you have a named window and
render-context.
Check out the gl and slab tutorials for more concrete examples
(tutorials 31 and 42 e.g.)
