killing jitter demo on 4.6

How do I get rid of the Jitter demo with MaxMSP 4.6? Not a huge deal, but the little “not authorized” message bugs me…

Remove JitterAPI.framework from within the MaxMSP application
package, and jit.* startup items, and get rid of any other jitter
installed folders you wish to remove.

Or perhaps simpler. Trash MaxMSP 4.6 folder (save any 3rd party stuf
you’ve moved there), and reinstall MaxMSP 4.6 but not Jitter.

On a similar note, how can I get the jitter auth dialog to come up in
4.6? I don’t have the x-offer file anywhere and I’ve tried holding
down ctrl-shift-c while starting Max.

thanks

Note that on Macintosh, it is ctrl-cmd, not the windows ctrl-shift-c
combination:

There should no longer be issues with j-offer-x with MaxMSP 4.6
(provided our new strategy for jitter demo mode is working properly).
this file is located inside the App bundle now, but should no longer
need to be deleted due to a strange PACE bug where the dialog will
pop up for the demo authorization(unrelated to MaxMSP/Jitter actual
authorization) at the end of the demo period (for MaxMSP 4.5/Jitter
1.5.2 and earlier).
