kjaerhus classic bundle not working in max5 ?

Hi,

Anyone else have issues with max5 not recognizing kjaerhus classic bundle vst`s?

There is lots of vst freebies not showing up in max5, is this expected behaviour?

renaming the dll`s solved the problem :)

Assuming that you are on mac, the vst plug-ins must be Universal
Binary. Otherwise they won’t work with Max 5.

Thanks !

Im on windows, but they work perfect now ! I just had to rename the dll`s so there were no space in the name – Classic Reverb.dll I just renamed classicreverb.dll and everything now works great !

if you type [vst~ classic reverb] it will look for a plugin named classic, ignore the second argument (reverb) and post in the max window that it can’t find a plugin classic.
if you type [vst~ "classic reverb"] it will look for a plugin called classic reverb.

And they must not be made with Max, in other words they must not be
Pluggos, which is a shame… (This is also true for Windows Pluggos…)
I still have this dream, that old Pluggos can happily run aside new Max5
made Pluggos of the future, like Max 4 is happily running at the same
time with Max 5 without any notice of conflicts…

I know its just a dream, don’t wake me up…!
