So i'm using matrix cntrl for a sequencer interface. I made a 64 x 128 matrix that I was going to put into a bpatcher so that I could scroll it but I got some serious latency, even when I only had it in on/off mode instead of dial mode w/ multiple states, which is how I eventually plan to use it. One thing that I noticed was that even with very few elements the matrix got noticeable latency when I made it really big. Is there an remedy for this?

k, so I enabled "autosize to rows and columns" with the default image file and the latency is that bad even with large controls. Dial mode is still REALLY slow and sometimes crashes my patch, even with autosize on.
