I'm working on a patch within which I'd like to add envelopes to a groove~ object. A tempo object is triggering the groove~ and I would like to add an attack/decay to each trigger. I've been working on this for some time now using line~ and *~, but I can't seem to get it working. Could someone please advise me how to correctly implement this setup?

First off, have a look at the adsr~ object, it's already set up to create envelopes and will help to prevent clicking when retriggering before the end of the envelope. Also, your message going into line~ is 0, $1 $1 $1 $1 but I think you probably want the four parameters you've packed into controllers1 to go into that message. You need 0, $1 $2 $3 $4 instead for that. Pack doesn't care what its 4 arguments are other than if they are ints or floats and how many there are. However with message boxes, the numbers are signifigant in that they describe which item in the list goes where. Hope this helps.
