Yes. It happened in 5.0.1 as well. I am only using default searchpaths. Only found one instance of line~, which is current (5.0.2).

line~: bad arguments

I can't reproduce. Everything is working fine with [line~] for me.

If we go by the source code for line~, the Max 5 version never produces a "bad arguments" error. The 4.6.3 version does however.

There is actually an old 4.6.3 version of line~ we left in the Max 5 version by mistake. This will be a problem for a few Mac PowerPC users only. Mac Intel and Windows users are not affected.

1. Find line~.mxo in the msp-externals folder inside the Cycling '74 folder

2. Control-click on the file and choose Show Package Contents

I'm going to try to do a "silent" update of the 5.0.2 installer to delete this file and any others I find. But for anyone affected by this problem it would be a lot faster to perform the above steps than to download again and reinstall.
