Looking at the LOM it can't be done sorry :(

even the id is not unique to the liveset, so this is unusable.

Why not just generate a random ID that gets saved with the set? This can be done easily with pattr.

will it ever be possible to do this? Seems like something that should be fundamental

c74 are keeping a list of requested additions to the LOM and I asked for this to be put on - not sure how long it will take to come to fruition tho....

i guess alot depends on whether it is currently even available in the python API - if not then will require Ableton work also...
